Ends the operation of Coal Innovation NSW.
Removes the powers and functions of Coal Innovation NSW.
Stops payments from the Coal Innovation Administration Fund to Coal Innovation NSW.
Removes the Minerals Council from the Act's definitions.
Lets regulations include transitional rules when other Acts amend the Coal Innovation Administration Act 2008.
