Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
Government and non-government schools must not teach gender fluidity.
This ban applies to all students from Kindergarten through to Year 12.
School counsellors, staff, and volunteers must also follow this ban.
Parents can stop their children from receiving instruction on matters of parental primacy.
Teachers must recognise that parents are primarily responsible for their children's development to keep their accreditation.
NESA must revoke the accreditation of any teacher or course developer who teaches gender fluidity.
